There will be no parking allowed after 6 a.m. Wednesday on Prospect Avenue between Wisconsin St. and Elmwood Ave. There is also no parking after 6 a.m. on Scott Avenue between Jackson St. and Elmwood. The city says snow is impeding traffic and creating a "serious public hazard" in that area, and with another round of snow in the forecast it wants that area as clear as possible.
