A Sheboygan father accused of letting his two toddlers tumble out of the family van Tuesday is now facing OWI and child neglect charges. According to police, witnesses reported seeing the children fall out of a silver cargo van near South 8th Street and Indiana Avenue at about 7:30 p.m. Sheboygan hospital staff treated both children for road rash, but one had to later be moved to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee for treatment of more serious injuries.
